Right-sized equipment
Vessels and process hardware aligned to realistic daily volume.
03 · Right-sized module
A compact dairy pathway for goat, sheep and other small-livestock programs, built around the same hygiene and operating principles as Day One Milk.

What it does
Day One Goat adapts the modular production approach to smaller herds and different milk characteristics. Herd flow, receiving, vessel size, heat treatment, cooling and cleaning are reviewed as one operating system.
The module can support farms, cooperatives and food-security programs that need a manageable first step, with future cold-chain or value-added capability planned into the deployment pathway.
Species, herd size, daily volume, products, utilities and local requirements determine the final configuration.
The operating pathway
The final equipment and operating procedure are configured for the receiving site, but the work stays understandable from the first step to the last.
Match intake and handling to the local herd and routine.
Configure heat treatment and vessels for the intended volume.
Protect milk through the selected storage and cooling pathway.
Add cold-chain or value-added capability when the market is ready.
Configured scope
Crystal Creek converts the operating brief into a coordinated equipment, utility, fabrication, controls and handover scope.
Vessels and process hardware aligned to realistic daily volume.
Food-grade surfaces and controlled service penetrations.
Animal, operator and product movement reviewed together.
Power, water, drainage and cooling defined for the receiving site.
Labelled equipment, routines and service information.
Training against the installed line and local responsibilities.
The complete Day One family
Start with the operating need
Crystal Creek will help define the right Day One product, receiving-site responsibilities and the practical next step.
