Product pathway
Equipment selected for the approved finished-product mix.
02 · Value-added module
A separate food-grade processing module for configurable cream, butter, yogurt and cheese pathways.

What it does
Day One Creamery receives chilled milk through a controlled transfer from Day One Milk, then provides a dedicated environment for value-added processing, filling, packing and cold storage.
There is no one-size-fits-all Creamery. Product mix, batch size, packaging, ingredients, refrigeration and cleaning determine the final equipment line. That keeps the investment tied to a real operating plan instead of an oversized generic plant.
Final scope follows product, throughput, packaging, utility, site and local approval review.
The operating pathway
The final equipment and operating procedure are configured for the receiving site, but the work stays understandable from the first step to the last.
Move verified chilled milk across a sanitary connection.
Configure the line around cream, butter, yogurt or cheese.
Define packaging around route-to-market requirements.
Protect finished products before local distribution.
Configured scope
Crystal Creek converts the operating brief into a coordinated equipment, utility, fabrication, controls and handover scope.
